This notice explains what happens to the details you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you use the form on this site we collect your name, email address, mobile number and anything you tell us in your message, including what you'd like to sell if you're requesting a stall.

Why we use it

To reply to your question or stall request.
To confirm your stall and send you a link to book and pay for your pitch.
To contact stallholders about arrangements for the fair.

We use your details because you've asked us to get in touch, or to arrange your stall. We don't sell your details, and we don't use them for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and stall requests only as long as we need them to organise the fair, and delete them afterwards. We may keep stallholder contact details to invite you back the following year, unless you ask us not to.

Who sees it

The fair organisers. A copy of each message also goes to our website provider, PromoNet Ltd, so they can check the form is working. Your message is sent by email through our website host. Payment for pitches is handled by the payment provider named on the booking link we send you.

Cookies

This site doesn't set its own cookies or use tracking. The maps are provided by Google Maps, and the fonts come from Google Fonts. Google may collect technical information, such as your IP address, when these load.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us on 01795 859639 or use the contact form. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
